1. Return Conditions
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided that:
- The packaging is unopened and undamaged.
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- The return request is made within the return period.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
2. How to Return a Product
1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you further instructions and the return address.
3. Carefully package the product and send it back using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once we receive and approve your return, you will receive a refund within 5-7 business days via your original payment method.
3. Damaged or Defective Product?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will send you a replacement free of charge or offer a suitable solution.
4. Exceptions
- Opened or used products cannot be returned.
- Sale items and special offers are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
